Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging and ensure all security tags are intact to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
